It takes far too long to have an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for 2 hours. That is ridiculous! I know you go over the entire car and I am grateful that do you discover any problem that I have, but I feel like this is just a sales tactic to get you to spend more money. Also, you charge 3% for using a charge card. You do not advertise this and I did not see it anywhere on your website. I do not walk around with a pocket full of cash to hand out for all my purchases. When I asked to write a personal check, I was told you do not accept checks. I was not told this until I tried to pay my bill. I'm sure you would not have let me take my car and go to the ATM. I had no choice but to use my card and pay you 3% more than I should have been able to do. No, I'm not pleased with your organization. I'm sure your service department is a good one and I want to continue using your services but I am just pleased with your customer service.

I came in to the dealership for a tire sensor issue and key fobs not syncing. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I had to pay $220 for the diagnostic test and then the key fobs were going to be $600+. I left the dealership and ended up with a dead battery. I wish they would have tested the battery first. If the battery wouldn't have died when it did, I would have had a very hefty bill for the key fobs and then had to pay additional for the battery...which was the issue in the first place.

The service staff customer service was horrible When I pilled in the customer service bay, several people just stared at me. When a team member did come out, she did not say hello, all she stated was oiil change today,. I encounter several staff members while waiting in the waiting area an, 1 lady spoke the rest of them just ook at like I was invisible. Customer service holds alot of weight in your business and your staff don't have it.

Tori was outstanding. She made us feel as if we were VIPs. My suburban was towed in on a Saturday. The driver introduced us to Tori who helped to set things on the right course. Being from PA on vacation, we were really in a pickle with a broken water pump. Tori said the part was on back order. She checked other dealers and eventually obtained the needed manifold from a parts store. I was glad that the repair could be made within a week. The car was done on the day she said it would be. She even found a coupon that applied to the price to help me out a bit. I never met any mechanic but they seem to have done a good job. My Suburban is back in service. If I lived in the area Vaden would be my dealer and Tori would most certainly be my service advisor.

Despite the early appointment, it took over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. To cap it off, the credit card fee was disappointing. The markup on parts should more than make up for a card fee that is nothing but a relic of the pandemic.

The service was great, I have no complaints on that front. When they came with the prices to do suggested maintenance is when things got outlandish. $600 to change battery cables? If this is the cost, dealerships need to start complaining to the design engineers about accessibility to common components. The prices are driving me to complete all the maintenance on my truck.

Chris was friendly and informed us of what additional service maintenance is recommended. He kept us updated on the progress. I’m very disappointed to discover that our driver-side door was scratched during the service. This damage was not present when we dropped off the truck, and I believe it should have been brought to our attention proactively rather than us noticing it ourselves upon returning to the vehicle. The lack of communication gave the impression that the incident was being concealed. Fortunately, Chris had taken photos of the truck prior to drop-off, clearly showing that the scratch was not there at that time. Chris and Gino have texted they are waiting to hear back from their repair company. We are waiting to hear exactly what steps will be taken to professionally remove the scratch. I’m particular about details and want to make sure it’s handled with care and not just "patched" up. My expectation is the door looks like there was never an issue to begin with.

Oil change, truck check okay, but I did have to bring her back because of a wheel sensor failure after a tire for rotated service advisor told me they had a recalibrate it but paperwork says they had to replace the sensor. It was covered by warranty. But almost a major inconvenience to have to bring it all the way back up there.

As I waited for my service to be completed, the Serbice Manager and Advisor approached and took me to the side. They told me that the oil pan had been damaged during the previous service (July 2025) by the mechanic stripping the threads when removing/re-inserting the drain plug. They indicated they had ordered a new pan and it might be in as soon as the next day. They then completed the current service. Later I was contacted and Vaden established another appointment for Monday to install the new pan. I went to the 9:00 am appointment and after almost 5 hours I was told the car was finished. I received some papers and left. When I arrived home I reviewed the paper that indicated that the oil pan was re-threaded, not replaced, and the $3 plug was replaced with new. Which is it? How do I know that the re-threading of the pan will hold the next time the oil is changed? We all know that metal fatigue does occur especially in thin or threading parts! I would like to know the truth about this repair! By the way, I do appreciate the fact that I was told the truth about the mechanic causing the initial damage. Also, I should mention the Vaden did find a nail and slow leak in the rear passenger side tire during the initial service, the cost to plug the hole I paid then. As I told the Service Advisor on Monday, the low pressure warning for that tire flashed on the dashboard indicator as I drove to Vaden on the Monday when the oil pan was to be changed out. I asked the Advisor to check the repair made to the rear passenger side tire during that appointment.At the end of the appointment the Advisor told me that the repair seems to be holding fine, but the mechanic detected that the valve stem was a bit lose and when he tightened it, the tire seemed to hold air fine. So the tire lost 10-12 psi while I drove to Vaden that day. My wife uses the subject car as her primary means of transportation and she could have ended up on the side of some highway. Are you mechanics supervised and spot checked for performing the service competently? I had never worried about that previously, but after these two incidents, I am concerned! As I also service my Infiniti at Hilton Head Infiniti, another Vaden outlet (about 10 years) I am doubly concerned now. Please do something to improve! I may be forced to find another service outlet(s) and perhaps outlets that do not charge 3% surcharge for credit card payments! Thank you for listening!
