The appointment for a pre-trip check-up should have taken much less time, however, it was discovered that our vehicle needed an alignment and the machine was not available for several hours and we were not informed of the delay. During the wait, we read all the magazines. Could use more variety. Also, the TV in the waiting room was not working.
