After having to leave my car for the second time I was told to wait in the waiting room where I waited until almost closing, Mr. West came and gave me an update on my car, a ride home and assisted me to the end. That was my first experience with Vaden and I was very please , he went beyond the call of duty as we say in the Corps. Thank you Mr. West and God Bless you.
Greeted professionally by all the employees. Work was completed as requested. Waiting room was comfortable. Refreshments were available and I was asked several times if I wanted something. The service writer made sure I was up-to-date on my car's needs.

Once the transmission fluid was received everything ran smoothly. Polite and courteous staff kept me in the loop about the service being performed, technician also found a different problem which was rectified same day.
