Went for oil change, next day woke up to find my car port is flooded with motor oil, drain plug is missing, had dealer tow my truck 40 miles back to dealer, no one greets me, no customer service, I wait in waiting area for 30 minutes, until someone hands me the keys and says you good to go! I had to request to speak with the service manager, I told him about being worried for my truck and engine, I get a email saying my next oil change is on them! I bought numerous trucks from here, my wife and family do business with this dealer, lack of services as made me think of going somewhere else! My truck is not staring right!

Poor customer service, poor communication between service tech and service advisor. When I took my car in to get my right front tire checked I was told it had a nail in it and couldn’t be patched and needed to be replaced, That same afternoon I realizedthat they moved the tire that had the nail in it from the Front right to the rear right. I was never told that was going to be done. After tires were ordered and y’all received them.. I ended up getting two new tires which when I went to pick my car up that day the new tires were on the front of the car and the tire that had the nail in it that need to be replaced Was still on the car! Had to leave my car another day so the damaged tire finally got replaced. I feel this was completely incompetent from the technician who change my tires as well as the service advisor that knew the whole reason I ordered tires was to replace the damaged one.. how tell me how did 2 new tires Get put on my car and the damage on left on there

The sales rep (Damon) was outstanding! I’ve been shopping for a new car for about a month... this last week I started hitting the dealerships in Savannah. I had horrible experiences and I was getting frustrated. Then I heard an add on the radio for Vaden of Beaufort. I decided to take the hour drive. I was not disappointed, and it was the best car shopping experience I ever had!
I had an appointment at 1130 for my car and 1230 for my husband. Upon arrival when being checked in I am informed that there is a delay and my car would likely take an hour and a half which was fine by me. I left the dealership at 4. This was extremely unacceptable. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if my car isn’t going to be worked on at that time. Also the lady who checked my car in said she would let me know when it was ready and never came to get me. I seen it sitting outside and had to ask her to get it. Then I left the area and asked her to call when my husbands was ready and again she did not. I left and came back and seen the car outside once again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
