Both sales and service departments went above and beyond to help with both the problems I was having with my vehicle and in purchasing a new vehicle. I am happy with my new vehicle and I want to thank the great people at Vaden for the help that they gave me.
Had 2 things to do. 1- change the oil. 2- rotate the tires. 50% of the job might of got done. I know for a fact the tires did not get rotated. I can only guess if the oil got changed as I have zero trust that it did. As always the sales and finance people do their jobs just fine. Get to the service department for service and total failure. This was this trucks first service and probably the last that gets done there. If you cannot get these 2 simple things done correctly then why should anyone trust actual important repairs to be done correctly.

The service agent, Cassandra, got me checked in quickly and efficiently. The waiting room was comfortable. The servicing didn't take very long. When I checked out, Cassandra had applied a coupon to my service which I greatly appreciated.

The representative (Jacob Fulcher) who sold me my car took car of everything for me. The service was great, everything was straightforward with no uncomfortable vibes, and I had even all of the little details taken care of, thanks to him and the team! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had :D
