This was my first time, or a complimentary oil change as I purchased our car here, at first I was taken aback by what they told me the wait time would be, which I thought was odd considering I'd chosen an appointment time, but they explained they were down a tech and there were several people ahead of me. The chairs were socially distanced, and everyone was super mindful and nice. Also, my car was done 30 minutes earlier than when they said it would be, which made me super happy!
It's very hard to receive any updates from the service department. No one calls with an updated status, and when we reach out, the associate is never available to speak with and has to call back, which never happens.
I would just like to note that from the start I have had transmission trouble and you have work on it twice and right now I can live with the problem, it has to do with an unusual bump when it shifts out of low gear sometimes it doesn't do it. I bought it new in 2017 and put around 5,000 a year on it as it has around 30,000 on it now. I'm 78 and I'm hoping I go out before it does. If not I would hope for some consideration on replacing it if it ever has to replaced.
