My dissatisfaction has to do with the answering service for the service department. I called in to schedule a service appointment on Saturday morning. The answering machine said if you want a call back to leave your number and someone will call you back in the order that they received the calls. No one called me on Saturday so I called again on Monday morning around 7:00 a.m. Again the answering service said that someone would call back. Again, no one called. I live and hours drive from the dealership. So, I drove there hoping that someone would call prior to me arriving but no one did. Once I arrived and explained to the service tech about never receiving a call from the service department, the tech gave me her business card and said that if I every needed to call to call the number on her card. So, I showed her the number that I called and she said that yes that's is there number but that goes to a call center and they don't always get those call. I said again but this is your system and this is what the system told me what would happened. She once again told me that I should call the number on her business card. I was again said that this is the system that your company has set-up someone need to fix it. Back to my service appointment: After driving and hour because of patronizing your business. I was told that I needed to bring the vehicle back the next day because the service department would not be able to service it on that day. After further discussion, she went on and wrote a ticket on my vehicle but they still didn't service it until the next day. (LOL). Service on my vehicle was excellent but I was not happy with the customer service leading up to the vehicle being repaired.

I had scheduled my first oil change. Arrived and had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Was informed it would take "about an hour" (for an oil change?). An hour and forty five minutes later I noticed my car in the exit area. Turns out my paperwork was "misplaced". Almost two hours for a "scheduled" oil change doesn't seem acceptable.

My cars water pump went out the bill was 1800.00 dollars no one could tell me what had to be doe until i got the bill it had new tiers frontinged end all the oil changed all the hoses changed now the water pump was under warranty if the water pump caused all that damage should that fall under the water pump and it took six days to get the water pump no one could tell me when it might be ready so I went across the street and trade it to Stokes Honda

Not a great first experience with your service department. The lady that checked me in was quite distracted. I saw my car brought out, keys turned in and waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come tell me it was ready. When I walked over to inquire this same young lady just pointed me to the next desk. The gentleman was coming in the door grumbling about a customer he had just been with. Oil change and rotation took about one hour and twenty minutes.
